PV mounting system for solar power plants: model 1V2

The Model 1V2 PV solar power plant mounting system is a standard version of a single-pile mounting system with a vertical arrangement of photovoltaic elements. System parameters are calculated during the design phase to meet specific project requirements.
Size range of PV solar panels: 1650-2400 mm (length) x 990-1149 mm (width).
The Model 1V2 PV solar power plant mounting system is made of high-quality galvanized steel. The structural base is a single pile, reinforced by angular braces and fasteners. The structure can be installed on any surface by driving piles directly into the ground or mounting on a concrete foundation.
Raw material - Ry - 230 MPa, 350 MPa, 450 MPa steel with yield strenght (Ry not less than 230 mPa, 350 mPa, 450 mPa) according to EN 10025-2 and EN 10346 galvanized.
Anti-corrosion protection provided by factory galvanization. Standard elements feature a zinc coating of at least 275 g/m², while the piles feature a coating of at least 600 g/m².
