PV mounting system for solar power plants: model 3H4-EW

The Model 3H4-EW (“east-west”) PV solar power plant mounting system is the basic version of a three-pile mounting system featuring a horizontal arrangement of photovoltaic modules. System parameters are calculated at the design stage according to the specific requirements of the customer.
Size range of PV solar panels: 1650-2400 mm (length) x 990-1149 mm (width).
The Model 3H4-EW PV solar power plant mounting system is manufactured from high-grade galvanized steel. The structural base comprises three piles and a pyramidal frame. The structure can be installed on any surface by driving piles directly into the ground or mounting on a concrete foundation.
Raw material - Ry - 230 MPa, 350 MPa, 450 MPa steel with yield strenght (Ry not less than 230 mPa, 350 mPa, 450 mPa) according to EN 10025-2 and EN 10346 galvanized.
Anti-corrosion protection provided by factory galvanization. Standard elements feature a zinc coating of at least 275 g/m², while the piles feature a coating of at least 600 g/m².
